Hello, my name is pompki!I am an American artist with a love for both traditional and digital media. I currently work as a game concept artist (contractor), and in my free time I adore OC work. My personal style leans semi-realistic with an emphasis on a grungy painted look, and I love making reference sheets.I am an avid fan of horror and dark fantasy, so much of the content I consume is around that! Whether it be games, movies, books, or art, I am a huge fan of the morbid and depressing.

A fully rendered illustration. Existing references preferred.Headshot: $25

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you agree to and understand my terms of service.

1. REFERENCES
- I do not require a full reference for commissions; however, I will ask you have an idea or reference board of your commission such as color palette, clothes, and appearance of the character/thing so to get an idea of what you wish me to draw, especially if I am going to be making a reference sheet for you.
Depending on how much I will have to design, there may be an upcharge for detail upon my discretion. If it comes to that, I will discuss it with you before moving forward with the design process.
- I can only offer my own style with a few variations upon request. If you insist on wanting a style that I have stated I cannot nor want to do, I reserve the right to cancel or refuse your commission.
- If you wish to share the finished artwork, please credit me as the artist and do not edit out my watermark(s). Special variations will be granted upon request (ie; a transparent version, a smaller version, etc). If my watermark happens to intersect a part of the artwork you wish to use as an icon or avatar, it can be moved to a different part of the picture upon request.
2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
- The prices shown are base prices, meaning that the price may or may not increase depending on the complexity of the commission. This includes but is not limited to: complicated designs, fantastical elements (such as wings), accessories and props, and/or if I do not feel fully comfortable with the design.
- All commissions are paid with USD via PayPal. Unless discussed and agreed to, I do not take any other form of payment.
- After the sketch has been approved of, I will send an invoice to the recipient's email that has been provided to me. This must be paid in full before I send the finished artwork.
- If it is a full reference commission, I will take the payment upfront before I begin the drawing process.Please refer to "4. Cancellation Policy" for information on refunds and cancellations.
3. PERSONAL VS COMMERCIAL
- All commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim you own the rights to the artwork unless discussed beforehand.
- If the artwork is for commercial purposes, there will be an extra charge for redistributing/marketing.
- Commercial purposes include but is not limited to: branding & marketing; profile pictures, icons, emojis, or headers for representative websites wherein you earn a profit (such as Twitter, YouTube, or Twitch); professional websites/blogs; games; and anything to promote or advertise your own work with the intent to make a profit.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- I have the right to decline or cancel any commission.
- Once I have accepted a commission, I will not cancel unless I feel it is necessary to do so.
- If the reasoning lies with the commissioner (whether it was because I became uncomfortable with them, the work, or the commissioner cancelled on their own), only a partial refund will be afforded based on what has been already done. If I have not started the piece yet, I will still only refund up to 80% of what was paid.
- I will only do a full refund if I cancel for personal reasons at no fault of the commissioner and if they do not want any work that had been progressed.
- If I have begun work and decide to cancel for personal reasons, the commissioner will receive the option to take what was already made with a partial refund, or refuse the made work in exchange for a full refund.
